Tamori Taka: The greatest responsibility of her life so far

Taka was thrilled by how well her fireworks were received. Her excitement was, however, slightly tempered by her sadness that her family, and her tutor, Fakura, could not be here to share in her success. Though her sorrow could not survive the sight of her beloved girlfriend's smiling face illuminated by the explosions of red and green up above.

After the display was concluded, Taka found Keshintai, who introduced her to some of her friends among her fellow Mirumoto students. Envy mingled with happiness in Taka's soul, as she met these people who Keshintai had befriended, knowing that there were no counterparts for her in the Tamori dojo, but at the same time glad that Keshintai was so blessed.

The pair excused themselves after a while, and Keshintai gave Taka a brief tour of the town, before retiring to Keshintai's chambers together, with little intention of going to sleep just yet.
