"Humanity should be still and calm." The tall, faintly luminous figure placed a six fingered hand up to a the transparent field of shimmering green energy that showed a hazy image of a spinning planet dominated by blues and whites and greens. "We've given them everything but they're agitated. Irritable. They fight like children locked in a small room with only a single toy between them. They've had such time to mature and yet their greatest inventions have been only been ones of such violence. Who knew they'd unlocking the secrets to the White Sword of Atomic Annihilation."

A second figure joined the first. "Come now, weapons aren't their only advances. With medicine they've managed to triple their lifespans. That's no mean feat considering the dangers we peppered into their world. With advances in communication, they've connected their entire planet--"

"To spew hate and lies and to confuse the truth about reality! I'm beginning to think this was all a wasted effort."

"Wait a little bit longer and see."
