The two lines 'They won't let me sleep' and 'trying to stay awake' seem contradictory. If they won't let you sleep, why would you need to try and stay awake? Is the logical inconsistency because you are sleep deprived? If you wanted a care package perhaps you should have provided coordinates or an address. Isn't that what supposed to happen in stuff like this?
