I am my own OC. I will keep track of my life. These may be news, or they may be venting. I need somewhere to write the truth of my heart. Probably it won't interest you.

You're not getting the message.
If I were strong, this would not be a message. I am NOT strong. I'm near collapse. I can't stay strong if I am not strong to begin with.
I think I'll just stay weak until I drop off the world
any time now...

How many times have I felt weak to the point of asking what's the point?? Friends can help pick you up. They might not even know how low you feel. They also can share the burden that you've grown weak from carrying. Trust is earned, but you can't gain trust without giving up some control.

I will say this, as someone who has just gone through the most difficult and painful year of my life, you really are stronger than you know, even if you don't feel like it. And if you need help, never, ever be afraid to ask for it. One of the best things you can do for yourself is find and surround yourself with people who will lend you some of their strength, who can support you and boost you up. We all need help from time to time. If you feel like you're about to break, reach out. And I know I'm a complete stranger, but I'm happy to be a resource for you if you want it. I know what it's like to walk through the valleys, through the darkness, and feel like there's no end in sight. I'm here, we're here, and I know there are others in your life who are there, too, even if you don't realize it. Hang in there and take it a day at a time, a moment at a time, and a breath at a time, if that's what it takes.
