And it must contain some sort of treasured object. This can be a piece of actual treasure like a gem or gold or it can be a personal object.

Write a story about an article of clothing. Doesn't matter if the clothing is anthropomorphic or just normal, everyday boring and lifeless fabric, just as long as the article of clothing is the focal point.

See if you can convey an emotion without any reference to the feeling itself. Think about how the emotion makes you feel, what it does to your body.

Most of all, think of Disney xxx

Write some lyrics. It's a different form of storytelling than I'm used to, and I thought it might be fun!

Give life to an inanimate object. Give it thoughts, feelings, relationships, etc. Then, at the end of your story, take it all away.

If you were a superhero, as in YOUR traits are your superpowers, who would you be? Not an alter ego, rather your awesomeness on steroids or in overdrive.

Write about your personal biggest fear. Make us fear it, too.

Write two points of view into one piece. They should conflict, but also have a harmony. Opposites attract, you know.

Write a story including some form of camouflage. Try animal, paint, or emotional. We all hide something. Maybe something is lost. Perhaps your character hides, or maybe they wish they could hide. Maybe your story is camouflaged and parading as another.

This prompt should be easy. Write a story that takes place in your hometown. Let us know what your hometown is famous for, what it's like to live there, or something that makes your hometown special. Whether urban or rural, your hometown has a story.

Your protagonist is being haunted by a woman they don't know. Who is she? Why does she know your protagonist's name? Why won't she leave them alone?

No matter how much your character drank, it would always be full. You could dump it out but it would keep flowing. Moisture would condensate around the bottom. What's that like?

I was listening to Come Little Children when the image of an angler fish popped into my head, you know the fish that lures other fish in with their light. Write a story about a Faerie that does the same with children except instead of light they use song.

Write about making a decision while being intoxicated. Sure drugs and alcohol are the usual culprits but we can be intoxicated by anything: people, love, lust, pride, power, greed, or possibly even good things like flowers, books, a sunset. It's your trip…
